Carol Lindstrom - Associate Broker

High Caliber Realty

Carol has lived in Georgia for over 25 years, moving right here to Metro Atlanta. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she moved to Georgia because of all this great state has to offer. Not only the seasons, but the hills, trees, wildlife, attractions, events...if you really think about it, Georgia has it all. She worked in outside sales throughout Metro Atlanta, concentrating on downtown and on the Westside. She is familiar with areas from Alpharetta west and south through Peachtree City.

Carol settled down in Douglas County when she purchased her first home in 1994. As someone who was in her mid-20s and single, this was a great accomplishment. She used the equity that she had built in that home when she sold it to purchase a second home in 2004. At the time of searching for her second home, Carol fell in love with Real Estate. She knew it was what she wanted to do. However, her children were very young at the time and she felt that her place was to be home with them. Once they became teenagers, Carol decided to realize her dream and become an agent.

She has loved every minute of being a real estate agent. There truly is nothing better than finding the perfect home for a family/individual or bringing a client an offer that they are excited about to sell their property. Let Carol help you get the most home for your money or the most money for your home. It's what Carol loves to do!

Carol has served on the Douglas County School Board, as President of the local Kiwanis Club, Chair of Live Healthy Douglas and as an Ambassador for the Douglas County Chamber.

Carol has been described as a goal oriented, organized, go-getter. She loves to solve problems, especially those that others have attempted and failed. One description that has never been used for her is shy. Carol is a very detail-oriented individual who thrives on organizing, supporting, marketing and maintaining whatever she is passionate about. She is passionate about real estate and helping people. Carol would love to help you!
