High Caliber Realty

1050 Shiloh Road NW S102 Kennesaw, GA 30144

Calvin was born in Atlanta, GA and spent his early years in Hampton, GA before moving to Ellenwood, GA when he was nine. He played basketball through high school. He went to Clayton State and received his Associates degree in Physics/Pre-Engineering before attending Georgia Tech. After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering, he worked in the Chemicals Industry, as an Environmental Engineer and then in Consumer Products. During this time, he lived in Beaumont, TX; Lithonia, GA; Oakdale, PA; Calcutta, OH; Tooele, UT; Eugene, OR; Dublin, CA and Powder Springs, GA. During this time, he also obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Calvin has retired from the Consumer Products Industry, but the knowledge he obtained as an engineer, manager and efficiency expert will serve him well in the Real Estate industry. As a manager, he learned to bring out the talents of his team through hands on learning and training. As an internal consultant, his listening skills, attention to detail and ability to bring functions together made him valuable to the business teams for increasing productivity, saving money and driving strategy.

Calvin has lived in Powder Springs since 2009, so he knows the Atlanta area well. Also, given he has lived in many areas he will be an excellent sales agent for people relocating into or out of the area. Also, given his knowledge of engineering, he will be able to point you in the right direction on a variety of topics that may come up to the home buying and/or selling process.

Calvin has always been interested in real estate from an early age, working on his uncle’s farm, buying four houses, and selling three during his career. Calvin is committed to finding the right property for you or getting the most for a property you wish to sell.

Calvin has been married to his wife, Cecelia, since 1989 and they have two sons that have both graduated from college and are pursuing their own careers. As empty nesters, Calvin and Cecelia enjoy traveling and attending/watching sporting events.

Calvin is a volunteer with SCORE which helps new and potential business owners through the start-up process. Also, Calvin continues to consult with companies on how to improve their supply chains.
